Three tornadoes possibly forming over Refugio County

A new tornado warning has been issued for Refugio County until 1 p.m.

National Weather Service radar indicated several tornadoes forming. One is south of Quintana, one near Refugio and one near Woodsboro.

These storms are moving west at 35 mph.
