Arrested

VICTORIA- Benny John Meyers, 34, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging him with felony violation of probation in a possession of a controlled substance case.

VICTORIA- Curtis Russell Smith, 26, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging him with felony violation of parole.

VICTORIA- Edward Ybarra Jr., 35, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging him with felony violation of probation in a theft of service between $1,500 and $20,000 case.

VICTORIA- Kimberly Michele Williams, 37, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging her with felony forgery of a financial instrument.

VICTORIA- Librado Ortiz, 45, of Victoria, by deputies Tuesday on a warrant charging him with felony violation of probation in an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon case.

VICTORIA- A 45-year-old Victoria man on Tuesday on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and felony engagement in organized criminal activity.

Assaulted

VICTORIA - A 13-year-old boy in a juvenile detention facility on Saturday.

VICTORIA - A 45-year old Victoria woman in the 10 block of Paloma Drive on Thursday.

BLOOMINGTON - A 28-year-old Bloomington man in the 100 block of South Shepley Street on Friday.

TELFERNER - A woman in the 100 block of Andres Street on Tuesday.

VICTORIA - A man in the 100 block of North Ben Wilson Street on Saturday.

VICTORIA - A man in the 800 block of South Delmar Street on Sunday.

Stolen

VICTORIA - A wallet, checks, credit cards and cash totaling $1,400, from the 7600 block of Northeast Loop 463 on Sunday.

VICTORIA - A wheelchair, valued at $200, from the 2700 block of Hospital Drive on Friday.

VICTORIA - An iPhone, valued at $300, from the 3600 block of North Navarro Street on Sunday.

VICTORIA - Two leather belts from a business in the 800 block of Mesquite Lane on Saturday.

Damaged

VICTORIA - Two car windows in the 7500 block of state Highway 185 sustained $2,000 worth of damage Sunday.

VICTORIA - Vent louvers in the 600 block of East Murray Street sustained an unknown amount of damage Monday.

VICTORIA - A vehicle window in the 400 block of Chukar Drive sustained $650.51 worth of damage Monday.

VICTORIA - Three tires in the 1600 block of Rosebud Avenue sustained $300 worth of damage on Sunday.

Burglarized

VICTORIA - A home in the 1800 block of Farm-to-Market Road 2615 on Friday. A lawnmower valued at $250 and a television valued at $450 were taken.

VICTORIA - A building in the 500 block of Kobitz Road on Thursday. A deer feeder valued at $200 was taken.

VICTORIA - A car in the 320 block of Teakwood Drive on Saturday. A laptop computer, iPod and passport, totaling $4,152, were taken.

VICTORIA - A car in the 100 block of Woodhall Drive on Saturday. A radar detector, global positioning system, iPod charger and sunglasses, totaling $1,823, were among the items taken.

VICTORIA- A building in the 9500 block of Northeast Loop 463 on Saturday. A lock sustained $200 worth of damage.

VICTORIA- A car in the 110 block of Nottingham Street on Saturday. An iPod, wallet and bank cards, totaling $700, were among the items taken.

VICTORIA- A building in the 300 block of West River Street on Friday. A storage case, valued at $500, was taken.

VICTORIA- A car in the 4300 block of North Vines Street on Saturday. A spotlight, global positioning system, headset and sunglasses, totaling $460, were taken.

VICTORIA- A car in the 3000 block of Arroyo Drive on Sunday. A backpack and a laptop computer, totaling $510, were taken.

Death

VICTORIA - A 28-year-old Victoria man committed suicide Sunday in the 500 block of Ruben Lane, officials said.
