Spring break is my favorite religious holiday.
Some people probably don't realize that it is a "religious" holiday. They don't run around with school kids and school teachers who keep repeating, "Thank God for spring break."
It is even Scriptural. It is "A time to cast away," and I must do as the Scripture tells me and go fishing and "cast away" and pray, "Thank God for spring break."
Dear Lord, thank You for creating spring break. I know that You planned it for this time of year so that we take a break right before we really break. "What a Mighty God You are."
