Autopsy shows Schorlemmer Elementary School student’s cause of death was asphyxia

Final autopsy results have been released in the case of the 9-year-old Schorlemmer Elementary School student who died earlier this month.

Justice of the Peace Stuart Posey said an autopsy revealed the official cause of death for Pedro Vicente Hernandes was asphyxia by choking because of the marshmallow.

    HEY VINCENT I REAMBER BEFORE U DIED WHEN WE WERE IN THE HALL U SAID HEY MEGHAN CAN I COME BY WITH MY SISTERS AND PLAY FOOTBALL AND I SAID YES U GIVE ME A HUG I MISS U SO MUCH BUDDY I LOVE U TO AND SO DO YOUR SISTERS THAT DAY THEY TOLD US U DIED I BROKE DOWN AND CRYED FOR DAYS AND DAYS EVERYBODY TRYED TO HELP ME BUT IT DID NOT WORKALL I DID WAS CRY THEN WHEN I SEEN U ON THE BUS WINDOW I SMILED AND JUST PUST MY HEAD ON THE WINDOW AND JUST THINKED ABOUT U AND ME ALL THE FUN WE HAD TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE U MAN SEE U SOON I HOPE :(

    Idk, but my dau attends school @ Schorlemmer and I know her teacher has asked them to not bring marshmallows for a snack anymore.
