Juan Linn Street will be narrowed to one lane eastbound between Wheeler and DeLeon streets on Monday to install water lines.

Construction is expected to take about a week, weather permitting.

All businesses and parking lots in the work zone will remain accessible via alternate routes. The city and contractor are working to reduce public inconvenience; however, drivers may experience delays in this area. Alternate routes are suggested when possible.

This construction is part of the $2,092,079 Downtown Water and Sewer Line Replacements Project (Phase I, Projects 3 & 4). The contractor performing the work is SER Construction Partners of Pasadena. This project is will take about seven months to complete. For more information, contact the Public Works Department at 361-485-3340.
