'Victoria Over Sin'

California artist David Best stands by his decorated 1990s Suburban, which he calls "Victoria Over Sin." Best added various parts to the car, including an Oldsmobile grill and even an airplane propeller. The mobile artwork is part of a display opening at the Nave Museum on Saturday. The car was "People's Choice" and "Best of Show" in a recent art car parade in Houston. Friday's M3 will feature exclusive coverage of the exhibit.
