How do you whitewash graffiti off a highly textured, dark-colored brick wall? I doubt that residents want to stay up all night on sentry duty. I'm surprised that the P.O. doesn't have any surveillance cameras.

Just whitewash it off and hire a hidden guard or rent a camera to catch the offenders. They will be back! Maybe the residents can take turns guarding the post office. That is the only way you are going to catch these punks, red handed!

I know money is low so the community must pitch in to help to catch these thugs. It will take a little time but it is worth it.
