    UHV enrollment could double in five years?? To 1000 students? All the regents said was to fill up the university first. Any good steward of taxpayer money can see that to be good advice, particularly during times of economic hardship and with all universities cutting back. Victoria needs to grow up and realize that it will never be a destination for anyone except those who cannot get out of town.
