VERY BIG KUDOS to Sheriff O'Connor and Judge Pozzi !
Now, if the state would just use some common sense instead of taking prisoners all the way to Galveston for a toothache or for a Dr.'s visit---think of the money saved. Tax dollars could be spent a little wiser----I know---I'm just dreaming!
