Everyone, please get your B-12 tested. A lack of B-12 can cause Alzheimer's symptoms. It's usually a special test that you have to ask for, because it is not usually included in the other blood tests.

My mom was being treated for Alzheimer's for years and when we took her to a new doctor, he did the B-12 test and discovered she was severly low. He thinks that is what brought on her memory problems. He thought that her memory problems could have been successfully treated, years earlier.
