Two men have been released from the hospital after being stabbed multiple times at Cowgirls Bar on Sunday morning.

Around 12:30 a.m., Victoria residents Adam Garcia, 32, Jimmy Ramirez, 24, and Matthew Longoria, 23, were stabbed multiple times after a group fight at Cowgirls, 4106 Houston Highway.

Victoria Police Chief Bruce Ure said the men had been in three fist fights that night.

One happened inside the club, which resulted in the group getting kicked out, and the second two happened in the parking lot shortly afterward.

The stabbings occurred during the third fight, during which two women jumped in to participate.

Ure, who described the fight as a "full-out brawl" among the men, said officers think alcohol was a significant contributing factor to the fight.

All three men were taken to Citizens Medical Center via private vehicles.

As of Monday morning, Garcia and Ramirez had been released, while Longoria remained hospitalized in stable condition.

No arrests had been made as of Monday evening.

Ure said Sunday's fight is still under investigation.

This is not the first fight that has happened at Cowgirls bar.

Mark Menn, a lieutenant with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission's enforcement division, said the bar has a pending administrative charge for failing to report similar incidents in the past.

In regards to the Sunday morning fight, Menn said the bar will be investigated for aggravated breach of the peace, during which investigators will look into how the club handled the incident and what steps they took to prevent it from happening in the first place.
