Yes, and remember the $34,000.00 was paid to Ruth Kolman, Tyler's Corpus Christi lawyer. The $34,000.00 was only for the Ure case. What did he spend on other the three cases?

Tyler's lawyer didn't file a brief because Tyler doesn't want the public to see what really happened in the Ure case. If briefs had been filed, the case would become a matter of public record. And Tyler paid the lawyer out of public money $34,000.00!
