What does UHV pay to use land and/or buildings to VC to ofset our taxes? Where is it reported and when? I have never saw it in ten years since I have lived in Victoria. Must be one of the many secrets that is hidden from the tax payers of Victoria.

when the growth hits and there are no plans in place to handle it, then you know the people i charge have no idea what they're doing.

a growing (smart growth) college or university is a very, very good thing for the community. hopefully the local systems can experience that growth (smart) and this whole area can benefit from it.
