A Victoria Police Officer examines the door of a car that was damaged by a bullet fired after an altercation between two people at the 100 block of Hummel Street on Friday night.

No one was injured in a shooting in the 100 block of Hummel Street about 8:50 p.m. Friday.

A 24-year-old Victoria woman reported her Pontiac Grand Prix was shot at by a man on Hummel Street about half an hour earlier, said Victoria Police Sgt. Adam Nieto.

The woman's friend, a Concrete man in his early 30s, had argued with a Hummel Street man who is in his 50s or 60s, Nieto said. The resident then began shooting at the Concrete man, who ran to the woman's car.

Police found three bullet holes in the car. The Concrete man had left the scene, uninjured.

The woman had cuts on her left shoulder from the shattered glass.

It remains under investigation, Nieto said.
