Actually, if you're referring to my comment, I'm trying to find out the facts on the laws, genius, not you're opininon on what I wrote, so instead of calling people stupid for putting their comments inside a little box labeled COMMENTS, why don't you do something constructive.

So, just so I know I've got this right... A man, who is employed, owns his own property, pays taxes & has no record of ever bothering anybody, is at HIS home, minding HIS OWN business when another man, who's been in & out of jail for year's decides to kick down the door. The employed, property owning, tax-paying citizen then opens fire on said idiot, & he's in trouble??? What's going on here? I thought as Texans, we have the right to protect ourselves & our property? Am I missing something?

What the report failed to say is that the so called concrete man (which he is not) and the 24 year old girl were breaking in the mans house and it was self defence!

What was the guy using a .22 calibur from the carnival. With the sights twisted. At least he hit the car. That is enough for an attempted murder case.
