Two-vehicle collision sends two to hospitals

A Victoria man was flown to a San Antonio hospital and a Victoria woman was taken by ambulance to a Victoria hospital after their vehicles collided on Saturday morning.
The man, whose name was not released Saturday, was traveling west on Airline Road in a white truck when he failed to stop at a stop light
The woman was driving a green Toyota Sequoia south on Sam Houston Drive, said Victoria Police Sgt. Erica Padilla.
The woman's name also was not released.
Initially, both drivers were sent to Citizens Medical Center.
The woman was still at Citizens in an unknown condition but the man was transported to Brooke Army Medical Center, Padilla said.
No citations have been issued. The collision is still under investigation, Padilla added.
