How is it this young lady gets to keep her certification? How is it she is not being charged with an accessory after the fact? I thought certified health care providers were held to a higher standard?
I guess when she's working all the residents of the facility are "DNR" whether they chose it or not.

I wouldn't want my loved one in any facility that would employ her. Guess it wasn't a felony conviction that she recieved probation for, otherwise she shouldn't be working where she is.
