Crime stoppers

Crime: Distributing counterfeit money. On Aug. 19, a man and woman used counterfeit U.S. currency to buy merchandise from a business in the 7800 block of North Navarro Street.

Suspect: The man is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a burgundy T-shirt and blue jeans. The woman is described as being heavyset, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, with shoulder-length hair. She was last seen wearing a navy blue T-shirt and white capri pants.
