Why do you want to serve in the office you are seeking?

I am been interested in serving and giving back to the community, so this is my way and the time is now to do so. And because I believe in term limits it would be the opportunity for me to help make a change in this office.

What qualifies you to serve in this office?

Experience, common sense and lots of on job training - 35 years in the oil and gas industry in consulting, managerial and operational capacities; nine years of operations, performance and knowledge with Alcoa Aluminum Company of America; owner and operator of a mobile home park; everyday ranching operation.

If elected, how will you go about serving your constituents?

With honesty, knowledge, availability, common sense and hard work.

Why do you want to serve in the office you are seeking?

I want to continue serving the people of DeWitt County and assure them that this court will continue to be a court for the people and that justice will be dispensed in a fair and impartial manner to all who come before it. I will continue to execute the duties of the office by employing the 3 E's: Enthusiasm, Energy and Empathy. On a day-to-day basis, this job requires an enthusiasm and eagerness in what individuals have to say...

My continued dedication and education in understanding the growing responsibilities to this office for the past seven years.

If elected, how will you go about serving your constituents?

Address all issues on an individual basis that come before the court. I will continue to educate the public of the duties and limitations of this office and stay informed on all current legislation changes and updates. I want to continue building my relationship with juvenile authorities and the school system, addressing issues affecting our children, especially failure to attend school. I will also maintain the integrity of this court by increasing the efficiency of this office...
