  • OK, I've been a very good girl. I have kept my mouth shut for a while. But Kyle and Riverboat, I know you are not the only ones to see right through the charlatan who has bullied UH-V relentlessly because they wouldn't let him have his way concerning those magic 100 (300) acres. And, because he has only a high school diploma, how would he know ANYTHING about higher education?

This is an open plea to the good citizens of Victoria....I am not a citizen of your fine town. I cannot vote for or against your mayor. The power lies within YOUR hands at the polling booth. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE vote this rat that has never even obtained a college degree OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • "I applaud the University of Houston System for its forethought, but, all things considered, I think it's a little premature right now to make any decision that would affect our community," said Victoria Mayor Will Armstrong, a supporter of Morrison's bill.

Why shouldn't UHV conduct business as usual? Why should the Mayor, Morrison and Co. make decisions that would affect the community while admonishing UHV for doing the same? Could someone please defuse this Inter-Crossroads Ballistic Mayor before he detonates?
