Jackson County commissioners will have a special meeting Thursday to discuss a proposed tax abatement with an attorney and take any necessary action on the agenda item.

The meeting will be at 1:30 p.m. in the commissioners courtroom of the Jackson County Courthouse on West Main Street in downtown Edna.
