    I wonder if Hallettsville will take the time to clean up the trash between Brookshire Brothers and Wallmart and the Hospital, in the parking lots and everywhere else in the town before the festival begins. It is an embarrassment that has been going on for years and puts a negative spin on everyone who visits.
