Town Talk: Melanie Rae Dixon graduating with Master of Arts in counseling psychology

Melanie Rae Dixon will graduate on May 14 from The University of Houston-Victoria with a Master of Arts in counseling psychology. Dixon is the daughter of Roger Dixon and Suzy Kolafa, of Victoria, the granddaughter of the late Herbert and Agnes Dixon and the late G.F. "Buddy" and Peggy Harrell.
