VC Ceramics Club hosts visiting artist lecture

Victoria College's Ceramics Club will host Nave Museum artist Susan Budge's visiting artist lecture on Monday.

Budge will discuss her art in the context of her solo exhibit now on display at the Nave Museum.

The public is invited to bring a lunch and hear what happens in the mind of an artist as the work is made. Attendees are encouraged to visit Budge's exhibit prior to the lecture.

The VC Ceramics Club is also hosting for VC ceramics students Budge's two-day workshop on large-scale ceramic sculpture.

Budge's exhibit, "Out of the Depths" is on display until Sunday, May 15, at the Nave Museum, 306 W. Commercial St., from 1 to 5 p.m. every Tuesday through Sunday.
