A one-vehicle rollover sent one Houston man to the hospital Friday morning.
Bryan Aragon-Castellanos, 20, was driving his red Mistubishi Eclipse north on U.S. Highway 59 just south of Fox Road, when he changed lanes, overcorrected, and then went into a side skid down a grassy embankment and rolled three times, said Department of Safety Trooper Frank Casillas.
The man was transported to Citizens Medical Center with unknown injuries, said Victoria Fire Department Battalion Chief Roger Hempel.
He was treated and released, a hospital spokesman said.
Also with him was his brown Labrador Bentley, who was found several yards away by a bridge, Hempel said.
Bentley was not hurt and whined on the side of the highway as he lapped water from a Styrofoam cup given to him by the firefighters.
