Crime: Robbery

On the morning of Aug. 5, two Hispanic men entered the Stripes at 2501 N. Ben Jordan St. They are described as being between 5 feet 5 inches to 6 feet tall. Both men wore black shirts, blue jeans and black shoes. The taller man was wearing a red beanie, while the shorter one was bald.

After the men had been in the store for more than three minutes, the shorter man pointed a black handgun at the clerk. He then demand money and Kool brand menthol cigarettes before fleeing the store on foot.
