Victoria student graduates with double major

Montse Garcia recently graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a double major in international politics and Spanish. She was a member of several national scholastic honor societies and her research was recently published. Garcia received a scholarship from and is now attending Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver. She is pursuing a Master's in international administration with a certificate in humanitarian assistance with a concentration in human rights. Garcia is the daughter of Jeanne Trombly and sister of Felipe Garcia IV, of Victoria. She is a 2007 graduate for Memorial High School.
