Molly Krueger, of Girl Scout Troop 9425 in Cuero, dressed as an elf during Santa Claus' recent visit to the Victoria Mall. Troops from the Victoria Service Center were there to welcome Santa and had tables all around making Christmas crafts - free for children. The kids also got to make swaps, ornaments and crafts.
