The Rev. Stan DeBoe of Our Lady of Sorrows loves his church and he loves football.
Though he's more of Baltimore Raven's fan, he and the church have planned to hold its first ever Super Bowl bash for the 45th annual game on Sunday when the Pittsburgh Steelers go against the Green Bay Packers.
The reason? To bring the community together and raise money for a bus that the church's organizations can use, DeBoe said.
"The main thing is to just have a place to go and enjoy to have the Super Bowl," he said.
Hamburgers, hot dogs, and football festive contests will be available. An auction will also be held with some football and Super Bowl memorabilia up for bid.
