What can I do to help prevent heart disease?

The key thing to do is to keep and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. Be mindful of what you're putting in your mouth. We need to be more literate and more educated in what we choose to eat. If you're at high risk genetically, if you have high blood pressure or diabetes, then you, even more so, need to diet, exercise and not smoke.
