  • Don't be surprised when Kyle C. and his buds show up and condemn this sentence due to the fact that church was even mentioned. Of course if it was a mosque he would have no problem with the sentence. I see nothing wrong with the sentence, no alcohol was involved and the family also pleaded for the sentence.

  • Nice to see one of our legal experts weighing in here. She was not charged with "Vehicular Homicide"; my Texas Penal Code does not list such an offense.
