    The VPD needs more officers like Zac who is not "afraid" to write a citation. Imagine how many driver's licenses would be suspended in this town if more policemen would have the courage to write tickets instead of having "BS" sessions in the parking lots of local businesses. I suppose the blame really comes down to the chief who obviously doesn't care and is too occupied with thoughts of his next job.
