Stripper's shoe hits patron in face; he sues club

LAWRENCE, Ind. (AP) - A man has sued an Indianapolis strip club, saying a danger's shoe flew off and chipped his teeth.

Thirty-four-year-old Jake Quagliaroli says he was sitting about 20 feet from the stage at PT's Showclub when the dancer's shoe hit him earlier this month. He says it caused "lifelong dental injuries" that will require continuing care.

Lawyer Ali Saeed says his client had to get veneers and temporary caps on his teeth and might need a root canal in the future.

The Indianapolis Star says the customer filed suit last Wednesday in Marion Superior Court, claiming negligence by the club.

Club representative Bill Powers says he's never had an incident like this. He says the club's insurance will cover the complaint.
