    I think in the near future water will be as or more valuable than oil. I wonder if we will see changes where you buy the property but the water rights don't pass to the new owner. I am watching this with interest. Is it best for a committee to control the water under my land? Will the government be able to condemn my land for the good of all so they can drill wells?
