Who said anything about it being HEB's fault? It's lack of, or selective enforcement of the laws, Murphy's law, ignorance and what i've seen just driving around Victoria, people just plain stupid. Beside's most vehicles come with child safety locks. Most (young) just worry about how much music can be heard out their vehicles.
its not heb fault. its the people in the cars. why wasnt the boy in a carseat? how come the people getting out of the car didnt notice? KEEP YOUR KIDS IN CAR SEATS. he was three should have been in booster or car seat.Always quick to blame others much
If that many people are getting out of a car, sounds like they should park and walk. I know - most in town are against anyone walking an extra yard.
It sounds like the child exited along with the passengers out of the same car. IDK, that's what it seems like to me anyway.
Thank GOD the child wasnt run over and killed.
The Fire Marshals Office use to do that but the chief told them they could not do any law enforcement anymore. Lets hope the next one will let them do their jobs.
I know these questions may be too obvious and make too much sense, but where were the parents/guardians of this 3-year-old kid? Did they just drop him off in front of the store and leave to find a parking space? Was an adult with the kid when his foot was run over?
That's what wrong at HEB, the whole front of the store have signs no parking fire lane yet idiots still do it, traffics backs up. Some one needs to enforce some rules. Driver should have been ticketed for stopping in a fire lane.
