A blown transformer in Victoria caused a power outage along Ben Jordan Street and Port Lavaca Highway on Sunday night. Victoria Police Department Lt. Pat Aitchison reported traffic light and other power outages due to the electrical malfunction, but said AEP was dispatched and power will be restored as soon as possible.

"Hopefully it will resolve pretty quick," Aitchison said.
