    Please look at this site as far as raising the speed limits..
    They (the state) understand the concerns of the speed increase and have studies to prove that it "should not" impact the safety issue. It will only affect a small percentage of very rural areas in west Texas.

  • There are to many young people having wrecks and passing these days. My heart goes out to the families of all involved. Yet the state wants to increase the speed limit. Maybe we should rethink that. May God Bless the Families involved.

  • The unidentified man's name is Robert Morriss, 28, from Lampasas, currently living in Salado with his wife and 4-year-old son. He worked for a family friend in Lampasas and was on his way home to his wife and child from a work trip. There is an extremely wonderful family in need of prayers.
