Town Talk: Isaac Ramirez graduates Police Academy No. 77

Isaac Ramirez graduated with the Police Academy No. 77 on May 26 at the Victoria College Fine Arts Auditorium as Valedictorian. Ramirez is the son of Mary Ann Ramirez, of Victoria and Albert Ramirez, of Victoria. He is the grandson of Raymond and Lillie Cardenas, of Victoria.
