Sounds like a good-hearted crew. Twice during the afternoon performance at the community center, an announcer asked for any attorneys in the audience who would like to represent Piccadilly Circus in a suit against the City of Victoria to come to the sound booth.
If it was a joke, it wasn't funny. If not, I wonder what the City did to irk these good samaritans?
