    All this time I thought the nursing program was in Victoria....that doesn't help downward expansion at all for the Victoria campus. FAIL

    How does the nursing program in Sugar Land benefit UHV's downward expansion?

    Complaint I have been hearing from kid's friends is the school lacks face to face classes for students other than freshmen. So then what? Come to UHV and sit in your apartment or dorm while you take online classes!
    Hardly a recipe for downward expansion success.
