Roberttx...See my comment about the United Airline problem. Like I said there, regardless of industry, reputations are made (good or bad) on how hiccups are handled. For many people, there won't be a second chance to impress them. One bad experience and they'll gone to someone else who'll treat them better.
good luck getting any help, it's already under staffed. i went the other day and the 2 people working were overwhelmed without a manager or any help in sight.
this store needs new management in place.
