Mostly sunny and hot Friday with a high near 98 and heat index values as high as 108. South wind between 15 and 23 mph with gusts as high as 30 mph.

Partly cloudy Friday night with a low around 77. South southeast wind 20 to 23 mph decreasing to between 11 and 14 mph. Winds could gust as high as 29 mph.

Much the same during the weekend. The first chance of rain shows up Tuesday, at 20 percent.
