VICTORIA - Rigoberti Munoz-Serrano, 44, of Chicago, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging him with felony violation of probation in a possession of marijuana case.

VICTORIA - Lindsay Ann Gonzales, 32, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging her with violation of probation in an engaging in organized criminal activity case.

VICTORIA - Sarah Ann Zuniga, 43, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging her with felony violation of probation in a tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair case.

VICTORIA - Robert Michael Maciel, 20, of Victoria, by officers Thursday on a warrant charging him with possession of marijuana.

VICTORIA - Maron Mel Smith, 59, of Victoria, by officers Thursday on a warrant charging him with felony violation of parole.

VICTORIA - Juan Guerrero, 25, of Pasadena, Texas, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a possession of a controlled substance case.

VICTORIA - Angel Lee Cano, 20, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging him with felony violation of probation in a prohibited substance in a correctional facility case.

VICTORIA - A cell phone valued at $100 from the 2700 block of Houston Highway on June 17.

Burglarized

VICTORIA - A home in the 3000 block of Erwin Avenue. A television valued at $1,600 and a surround sound system valued at $350 were reported missing on Saturday.

VICTORIA - A school in the 3400 block of Bobolink Lane on Friday.

VICTORIA - A church in the 2100 block of Pleasant Green Drive. A stereo valued at $150 was reported missing on Sunday.

VICTORIA - A home in the 5200 block of North John Stockbauer Drive on Sunday.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 2500 block of East Mockingbird Lane. Car stereo speakers valued at $400, an amplifier valued at $200, 10 CDs valued at $150 and a car stereo valued at $1,000 were reported missing on Sunday.

VICTORIA - A home in the 200 block of Nantucket Avenue on Saturday.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 2400 block of Loma Vista Avenue. A carton of Benson and Hedges valued at $70 and a face plate for a car stereo valued at $300 were reported missing on Tuesday.

A knife valued at $200, $10 in change, a radar detector valued at $600, binoculars valued at $1,000, ammunition valued at $80, an ash tray cup valued at $25, iPod accessories valued at $25, a switchblade knife valued at $131, an iPod Nano valued at $308.99 and sunglasses valued at $700 were reported missing on Tuesday.

VICTORIA - An office in the 2700 block of East Airline Road. A cell phone valued at $250 was reported missing on Tuesday.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 300 block of South Glass Street. A wallet valued at $25, a drivers license valued at $2, a Social Security card valued at $2 and $40 in cash were reported missing on Tuesday.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 400 block of Vista Cove. A GPS valued at $165 and a bank check valued at $2 were reported missing on Tuesday.

VICTORIA - A home in the 2100 block of North Ben Jordan Street. A knife was reported missing on Monday.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 2500 block of East Mockingbird Lane. Car speakers valued at $400, an amplifier valued at $200, music CDs valued at $150, and a stereo valued at $1,000 were reported missing on Saturday.

A bin of assorted medication valued at $300, a plastic jug with coin currency valued at $15, a drill valued at $50, a bottle of rum valued at $40, a purse valued at $20, a case valued at $20, a DVD player valued at $30, pills valued at $105 were reported missing on Wednesday.

VICTORIA - A building in the 3800 block of Port Lavaca Drive on Wednesday.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 3500 block of Linda Drive. A watch valued at $100 and a ring valued at $368 were reported missing on Wednesday.

Indicted

HALLETTSVILLE - The Lavaca County grand jury indicted 14 people on June 10. Indicted were:

Lisa Adams, 30, of Victoria, on a charge of harassment of a public servant on May 3.

Charles Axel, 30, of Hallettsville, on a charge of theft on Oct. 15, 2010.

Randy Lee Gamez, 30, of Cuero, on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on Nov. 30, 2008.

Tracy Lynn Goodermote, 32, of Livingston, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 27.
