Why he was nominated: He started at Zachry Industrial Inc. as an insulation helper in 1997 and quickly rose through the ranks because he has an outgoing personality and is a natural leader. In addition, Alegria has shown a commitment to giving back to the community, including being the chair of Zachry Field's Volunteer Contribution Committee finding ways to help those in need whenever possible.

What does success look like to you? As long as you're happy and content with what you're doing, enjoying what you're doing and helping other people enjoy what they're doing, that's what success looks like.
