Congratulations to Tim Hudson--what a loss to Victoria and its higher education system. It is a shame that it is our loss and their gain. Hopefully the legislature will see the need for a change to the A&M System.

As one door closes, another one opens. Good for Dr. Hudson. As a former UHV student from 2004-2008 I received both a Bachelor's and Master's. During this time, I watched this man transform the campus and its reputation and it made me proud to be a student at UHV. He deserves to be where he's appreciated for his passion and intelligence. Congratulations Texas Tech!

Well, looks like TAMUV has been written off. It's funny how it's all A&M this and A&M that, and A&M will be so much better than UH. Now this happens and it seems most of the folks cheerleading for A&M have jumped shipped and hopped on the Tech bandwagon.
I wonder where all the other A&M supporters are and how they feel about this?
Oh, and good luck to Tech. They're gonna need it.
