    "City Manager Bruce Ure told the council that the bicycle registration ordinance was unnecessary because they'd found it didn't help police solve bicycle theft."

    Didn't know Bruce would get a promotion on his first day of being ASSISTANT City Manager. Sure miss David Tewes reporting on council meetings. At least he got job titles correct.
