Chravlinpadron- I think the reporter ment to say that the staff will be donating their pay as well. Not that they are working for free. I know that is what is said but I am just saying that is one way to look at it. They agree to the donation. No problem! Right? Just a thought.

Better be careful with that! The Dept of Labor doesn't look kindly on volunteer work especially when it's the same job you are normally paid to do. Best to pay minimum wage to avoid a violation. Just saying.
