When I first moved to Victoria, I didn't know many people. I'm kinda shy, so it was nice to see that ONE friendly face in the crowd when I would go to events. He made me feel like I already knew someone and that made the outing not as scary. Ok, maybe I went to some events just to see Gary Moses, who knows.

How could he not get this? He is friendly to anyone and everyone. Thank you Bro. Gary for serving our community, one of the many reasons Victoria is such a great place to live!
