My son was home on leave...on the evening he was departing, he developed truck problems...Took the truck to "Big Ed". As we arrived at his shop, he was closing the doors to his shop and all his mechanics were gone for the day... However, he listened to our problem, open up the shop, put the truck on the lift, fix the problems... and sent us on our way... Now this is what you call showing concern for people in a helpless situation..goes out of his way to help you...for this we are thankful.

We have taken our cars to Big Ed for years. Great work and very honest.
