I agree, Victoria is getting bad. This is the reason why WE need to watch out for one another. IF you see anything out of the ordinary, call the police. IF they don't respond within 5-10 minutes, call again and keep calling. There is always going to be those out there who want to take the easy way out in life and not want to work for a living. They will, however, pay for their actions, maybe not on this earth, but when they stand at judgement day.

I want to wish you well in hopes that you recover the items you lost. I too was robbed at the beginning of this month. Its so bad in Victoria that I don't bother to report it to the police anymore. I have spent several thousdands of dollars for camera equipment so I can feel like a puppy chasing a hubcap. If a bank can get robbed in the middle of Victoria one block from the police station, in broad dalight, I consider my chances of recovery slim.
